The Senior Line Cook acts as a key member of the line during service, supporting kitchen leadership while helping guide junior cooks and ensuring all dishes are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards

Working closely with the Kitchen Manager and culinary leadership team, the Junior Sous Chef assists in supervising kitchen staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations across the hotel’s food outlets and events

Key Responsibilities

The Hotel at Falcon Lake is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily operation and upkeep of our boutique hotel, restaurants, and resort facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working in a scenic, close-knit resort community.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants, and outdoor spaces
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and routine inspections
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues
  • Assist with seasonal setup and shutdown (patios, outdoor amenities, winterization, etc.)
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
  • Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Follow all safety standards and company procedures
